How do I start?
Many companies choose to support Kishwaukee United Way by running an employee giving campaign. Companies work with United Way representatives to engage employees in our initiatives, and offer the opportunity to partner with us in having an impact in the community. There are resources available to coordinators within the company who actually run the campaign, including fun event ideas and campaign materials designed to share the positive efforts of United Way with employees. Kishwaukee United Way is happy to provide staff, board or agency speakers for your organization's Campaign. Examples range from a short presentation, to a PowerPoint presentation to interactive exercises with employees. We are anxious to with others what United Way is about, and how gifts top United Way make a real difference in our community. United Way representatives can share how United Way works, agency representatives can speak about direct services to children and families in our area.
