Policies

Kishwaukee United Way has a number of policies governing local activities, including organizational bylaws and personnel policies. Underlying the mission of the Kishwaukee United Way is a firm belief in the dignity of all people. We reaffirm this philosophy in the policies that guide us and direct our employment practices, program funding, volunteer recruitment and service delivery. To this end, policies for our organization include a diversity policy and an ethics policy.
