Applications for Funding

Not for Profit Groups interested in partnering with United Way must meet certain requirements, including submission of the Questionnaire for Potential Admission. Groups selected as partners will be asked to partner with Kishwaukee United Way via an Agency Agreement, and will be given the opportunity to apply for funding in the annual allocation process.
